This is a joke of a dealership. Drove 3 hours to come and look at a dodge charger they had. Was even preapproved because it was in "perfect" condition. Nothing like the pictures. Scratched and dinged up. Passenger seat was broke. Vibrating real bad while driving. Then they want to beyond low ball me on a trade in telling me a 2013 dodge challenger was only worth 8,700 for trade in and 11,000 clean retail. Oh, I could go sell my car and come back and buy theirs though. Yeah you find a sxt plus that's fully loaded for 11k, good luck unless it's some beat up rental car like they were trying to sell.

Poor customer service with the sales department. Went to buy my wife a car knowing her credit wasn't great (mines perfect and we had a lot of money to put down). We asked them to run her credit anyway just to see if there was something they could do. During this time, we went to Walmart while they worked on it. They told us they would call no matter what.
Good thing this dealership is three hours away from me or I would be telling everyone not to go there.

So, without inquiring with us further, they ignored us. It would have taken them two additional seconds to ask if we had a down payment or a cosigner on a callback. Needless to say, we drove over to Knoxville and bought a 2017 Kia (almost twice the cost of the car we were looking at there) with no money down and 0% APR! Not to mention that the payments are lower than the trade in vehicle.
An hour went by with no call so we stopped back by to only find the sales guy dealing with new customers. I asked the gentleman at the desk why we weren't contacted and we essentially got the reply that my wife's credit was too low to finance anything without a huge down payment or a cosigner.
Went 12 miles down the road to Lenoir City Ford and had a completely different buying experience. Was offered 14k for my car and made a deal on a better looking and driving Charger.
Best place in East TN to buy a vehicle bar none. The people that work there are just like the rest of us and don't kiss your butt in hopes you buy from them. These guys rock
I'm unsure of how this place stays in business but I certainly won't recommend it to anyone else.
