This place has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff is professional, extremely helpful, and courteous.I think that some people reviewing here just had a bad day; and want to blame someone other than themselves. Great company and employees!
This has to be the worst customer service and place to do business.. I did a title loan today with this place yesterday I spent 3 trips to the house to get papers to only be told I had to take another paper to court house.. then today I take the paper into them the girl tells me that the date is wrong on the paper so I drive all the way back to the court house to find out the paper is correct the date she was saying was wrong was for when the notary ran out who doesn't look at the paper so more wasted time return to tell me I gotta wait a hour cause she has to close for lunch..more wasted time then to straight up if I didn't need the money I would have ripped the papers up... so I return hour later to be asked another hour of questions that have nothing to do with the loan so finally get the loan and she gives me a check wait what I thought this was a cash advance she states I can go to there bank so I drive all the way to the bank for it to be closed I have to go to another cash advance place to cash it for 3percent so I get a $430 loan that cost me $20 gas- - $12.90 to cash check--- pay to get paper notarized why in the world since the charge 297percent interest would they take 2 days to do a title loan run me to death send me to a bank they know was closing and give me a check this place is horrible I am ashamed of myself for going through with the loan please just don't do business with these people they are horrible don't do it to your self I will be contacting bbb just so others know before they make a mistake..
