I turn 21 on July 22 and I went today July 21 to get my license renewed. They told me we can't do that because your not 21 yet. Keep in mind today is the last day for 2 days I can go there otherwise my license expires. So I asked them if I get pulled over between here and Monday and get a ticket then they will have to pay for the ticket. They didn't take that too well. Government offices are nothing but garbage
Your outta there in no time. Much faster than other offices I've been to.
This place is a joke! Go in for a renewal and wait an hour so far while other people walk in the door and get there's and walk out! They are flat out lazy! Better off going to Oak Ridge or somewhere else!!!!
The blonde lady who works in here has absolutely zero knowledge of the requirements to get a drivers license in the state of Tennessee when the applicant is over 18 years of age. Not only was she not knowledgeable, she was very rude and disrespectful not only to me but to the elderly couple she "helped" before me. If this is how the employees there are going to be, they need to bring in a whole new staff. Time after time the "service" here is of the poorest quality.
